Led by Jessica Taylor, NP, the Chronic Wellness Mobile Certification Unit has been helping patients across Maine for over 5 years, and now you can take care of your certification right here at our shop.

On-Site Certification Schedule

• Wednesdays: 3pm – 7pm
• Thursdays: 10am – 2pm
• First Saturday of each month: 10am – 4pm

Meet Your Provider


Jessica Taylor, FNP has been serving Maine patients for nearly two decades. After earning her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine in 2006, she became certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and went on to spend more than 12 years in Family Medicine and Orthopedic Joint Replacement Surgery. In 2018, she founded Chronic Wellness with a focus on medical cannabis as a tool for patient education and care, drawing on her deep clinical background to help people understand cannabis in the context of overall health.

Today, Jessica brings that same thoughtful, patient-first approach to her work at Atlantic Farms. Patients appreciate her thorough consultations, ongoing support, and practical knowledge of the products on our menu- making the certification process not only simple, but rooted in care and community. She is also an active member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association, reflecting her commitment to advancing cannabis education in the medical field.
