To celebrate Mother’s Day this year, we are partnering with Chronic Wellness to offer 2 for 1 Medical Cards the week of 5/11!

Jessica Taylor NP from Chronic Wellness will be setup at Warren Ave providing mobile Medical Certifications:

Wednesday the 14th from 3-7pm
Thursday the 15th from 10am-2pm
