Current Positions

Location: Thomaston & Somerville, ME
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Hours: 3–5 days/week, open availability across business hours
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Budtender to join our team across both our Thomaston and Somerville locations. In this role, you’ll be the face of Atlantic Farms, guiding guests through our products and creating a welcoming, knowledgeable retail experience while working within an employee-owned, compliance-driven operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Ensure every guest feels welcome and receives responsive, friendly, courteous service at all times.
  • ID Verification: Verify customer IDs and confirm compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Transactions: Handle cash and debit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Upkeep: Keep the store tidy, well-merchandised, and properly stocked whenever you’re away from the register.
  • Team Standards: Promote a positive, customer-service-oriented environment that models best-in-class service and consistently exceeds patient expectations.

Schedule & Hours

  • Thomaston: 7am–7pm (Mon–Thurs), 7am–9pm (Fri–Sat), 9am–5pm (Sun)
  • Somerville: 7am–5pm (Mon–Fri), 9am–5pm (Sat–Sun)
  • Weekly Hours: 3–5 days per week; full-time or part-time with open availability preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience required; cannabis experience preferred
  • Age: Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Skills & Attitude: Exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-player mentality
