We’ve partnered with Chronic Wellness to offer medical card certifications right here at our Portland store. That means you can often get certified and shop in the same visit!

Jessica Taylor, NP, has been helping Maine patients access medical cannabis for more than five years. She knows our menu and can connect your certification to real product options that fit your needs.

Certifications are $40 for in-person visits. Chronic Wellness accepts cash, Venmo, PayPal, or your Atlantic Farms loyalty points.

Passports and mail are not accepted as proof of residency. Chronic Wellness serves patients 18 years and older.

Meet your provider

Jessica Taylor, NP

Jessica has been serving Maine patients for nearly two decades. A lifelong Mainer, she grew up in Southern Maine and now lives in Poland with her husband and two daughters.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2001, she went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Maine in 2006. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and spent more than 12 years working in Family Medicine and Orthopedic Joint Replacement Surgery before opening Chronic Wellness in 2018.

Jessica is honored to continue the work of her colleague and good friend, Joe Sorbello, PA, the original operator of the Mobile Certification Unit. She is also an active member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association.
